SPF-Checking for Sylpheed or Claws Mail
I wrote a little script based on Mail::SPF::Query to add SPF checking to Sylpheed or Claws Mail.Save this script somewhere on your path eg. in /usr/local/bin and make sure Mail::SPF::Query is installed also ("cpan Mail::SPF::Query" as root).
To add SPF filtering, add a filter with condition
test "!(sylpheed-spf.pl -c <%F)"and move the mail to Trash or another folder if the condition applies.
You can also use the same script as an 'Action' to manually check individual mails: Just add an action named 'SPF-Test' with command line
sylpheed-spf.pl <%f
